Clip into the harness and lift off behind the boat, straight up into the sky. Ten minutes up there and you've got the Atlantic, the volcanic coast and all of southern Gran Canaria underneath you, on one of the most spectacular parasailing flights on the island.

What the activity is like

It all starts on board the boat, harness fitted and crew instructions given before heading out to open water off Anfi del Mar. The boat picks up speed gradually and the parasail fills with air on its own, lifting you smoothly off your seat until you're floating high above the waves. From up there, parasailing at Anfi del Mar offers a view like no other: the deep blue of the Atlantic, the volcanic cliffs of south Gran Canaria, and, on a good day, flying fish darting beneath you. The descent is just as calm, gliding back onto the boat's platform without getting wet if you'd rather not. Ten minutes that feel like a lot more, somewhere between silence, height and the sound of the wind.

Requirements

Suitable for all ages, no previous experience needed. Maximum combined weight of 200kg per group flight.
