How the activity works

Your Flyboard session starts in the water at Anfi del Mar, where the crew fits the board to your feet and walks you through the basic stance before the instructor fires up the jets. At first you'll feel the push underfoot as you find your balance; within minutes, most people are already rising several metres above the sea off Gran Canaria, connected to the instructor's remote control, which regulates the power from a nearby jet ski. As you gain confidence you can try turns, shallow dives and even the classic underwater "dolphin" move, always under close professional supervision. No physical strength is needed, just balance and a willingness to have fun, which is why most people manage to fly on their very first attempt. The session wraps up with professional photos capturing the exact moment you take off over the waters of Anfi del Mar.
